Please read prior to reserving your appointment: In order to reserve an appointment at Raw Hair Studio, you will be required to provide us with your full credit card number, because appointments are very valuable time slots. If you no call/no show, or cancel 72 hours within your appointment time, the card we have on file will be charged for the FULL amount for the services that were booked. The charge is non refundable and does not go towards any future appointments or products.
If you are a new color guest: When reserving your color appointment, we will require a consultation. Having a color or hair consultation is a very important part of any hair care routine, especially when it comes to deciding on a new hairstyle or color change. We will require a consult AND pictures of front and side of your hair sent to rawhairstudio@yahoo.com and pictures of your inspiration / hair goals if you are a new color or new guest to salon.
Consultation policy: consultations are required for all new color guests, color correction, chemical, hair extensions. Raw Hair Studio’s consultations are designed for the stylist and guest to communicate clearly about the desired results of the guest’s hair. Consultations are $60.00. This non-refundable fee will be collected at the time of the booking of the appointment. Should you decide not to book a service, the $60.00 is non-refundable. Should you cancel your appointment 72 hours prior to the service or no call, no show, to your appointment, your payment is non-refundable, cannot go towards any other services or products and in addition you are charged the full amount of the services you booked. Children Policy: At Raw Hair Studio, we want to make sure that your visit is comforting and relaxing. We strive to create the most relaxing environment for everyone. To ensure the most relaxing experience, children are only permitted in the salon when the child is having a service. No child under the age of 10 may accompany you while you are having a service. Raw Hair Studio is not equipped for children and we care about the safety of everyone in the salon. We appreciate your understanding.
No checks or American Express are accepted at Raw Hair Studio.
No refunds, exchanges, or returns on products and/or services.
All services are a la carte and are subject to change, depending on length, density, texture, time and tools needed to perform the service.
Gift cards cannot be returned for cash, are non-transferrable and non- refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Gift cards may not be used for tax or tip.
Unauthorized resale, modification or trade of gift card is prohibited.
Purchase, use or acceptance of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
As of December 28th, 2015 Raw Hair Studio will no longer be accepting credit card tips, tips are never expected but always appreciated and the best tip of all is to leave a review or refer a friend!
